Movis crashes on Tiger if no network available #221

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. launch movist
2. wait a couple of seconds for movist to check updates
3. look movist crashing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect movist to start and wait for some ecation from user

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Can't see the movist version, it crashes before I can check it. The OS is OS X 
Tiger

I already deleted the movist preferences and it didn't worked
