Playback stuck in fast forward after clicking on bar to skip ahead in movie #232

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click anywhere on the playback bar to skip ahead
2. Playback will continue from selected point but will be stuck in fast forward
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is video playing at normal speed. Instead video is playing at 
2x or more speed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Newest version (0.6.8) on OS X (10.6.6)

Please provide any additional information below.
Issue occurred playing .mkv file ripped from DVD using Handbrake.
