The BB Theme and plugin are two different things.
WordPress adds the Theme customiser settings. There is no way to rename or move those menu items.
I don't use the theme, but agree it would be nice to have the settings all accessible from one place. Currently, there's (sidebar) Settings > Beaver Builder, plus (sidebar) Beaver Builder > all the other things, plus settings you can access (e.g., Global Settings) from within the editor.
Also, why is clearing the cache buried so far in? I use the plugin that ads it to the Admin bar, but curious why it's not more easily accessible by default.
Suggestions to consider:
Add "Clear Cache" to the Admin bar without having to use a separate plugin
Clearing compiled css and js is only added to the tools tab for debugging issues, if you need to delete those assets so much that you need a link in the admin bar, then you have cache issues.
Presently, when the Beaver Builder Plugin and/or Themer are installed on a site, we access BB settings via Appearance > Customize, Settings > Beaver Builder, and the Beaver Builder menu. I really wish these were combined into the main Beaver Builder menu. It's challenging to train our clients to go to one place to update one thing, and then another to update something else. It would be great to just be able to say, "go to the beaver builder menu > settings > tools > clear cache" for example; or "go to the beaver builder menu > appearance > Code" to add your Facebook pixel.
