Adds a page for people interested in joining the team (mainly logistics stuff).

Instead of making its own page, we might be able to combine it with a different page (or, perhaps, just put it on the main page below the calendar - sort of like how the Flying Hedgehogs have all the essentials on one page). There is not much content there and having a whole page dedicated to that seems a bit empty.
