Remove snakemake, add setup, fix algo and improve generated files

• Replace Snakemake by a main Python script
• Add setuptools to help installation
• Fix algo
  • Change better sequence extraction:
  • Remove * at the end of exported protein sequences
• Improve output files
  • Add status parameter for each CDS
  • Export information and sequences for all CDS at the end
  • Remove report generation: everything in the log file
