GUI? #7

Hi,

With the snakemake migration #3, I remove the GUI. It is really easier to test the tool now 😄 and we can automatize the tests. But it makes it more difficult to use for people reluctant to command line. @keuv-grvl Do you think a GUI is really needed?

An efficient command line interface should be enough for most users. One idea was to use argparse and Gooey to design the command line and graphical interface. Yet, it is not compatible with Snakemake.

If a GUI is really wanted, I would recommend the integration into Galaxy. Most people using GUI (should?) know how to use Galaxy and it will simplify the dev process.
