This PR

[x] uses an SVG badge for displaying the Travis CI build status

💁‍♂️ It's just more pleasing for the eye!

Ha! Are the others SVG'able too? If so, can you update them too? I had trouble getting code coverage reported, so I think we may need that activated by @beberlei.
