Is there any way to apply a coding standard? #22

I would like to use this plugin with the Drupal Coding standard. I have phpcs installed and I can use it with the Drupal coding standard in terminal.

I am running version 7.2 of Netbeans - I can see the preferences window where it asks for CodeSniffer scipt but im not sure what else to do?

I also cant see any way to run the sniffer from within the application?
