Preferences.properties being overwritten by plugin #5

The plugin is overwriting the Preferences.properties file. With no netbeans running, if user changes phpcs.codingStandard=Zend to phpcs.codingStandard=PEAR and then launches netbeans, right click on source code->show coding standard violations, Preferences.properties file goes back to phpcs.codingStandard=Zend

gah, my prefered bugfix did not work :(

I have to dig much deeper, I suck at Java basics ;)

The new version fix this with the option window.
