Following someone on Zelten doesn't update profile cache?

After I followed someone, his profile page and his profile popup show that I am NOT following him.

But MY profile page shows that I AM following him.

Is the cache not getting updated when FOLLOW/UNFOLLOW is performed on Zelten?
