Hello. I tried to write a subsection on Packet size and jumbo frames in IPv6 as suggested in issue 94. Please comment on any issue it might have.

Looks good, I will merge it and then fix one internal reference link. For all the references, you could have used the {{ }} feature explained in https://github.com/becarpenter/book6/blob/main/99.%20Chapter%20Template/Markdown%20Usage.md. I have to run the makeBook utility anyway, to update the contents list.
