Homolog search ran !

eed to do some checkup on logs to verify everything !

Fix some part of the scripts, now everything is displayed. Still a lot of proteins as no protein in some genomes = biology (normally).

I have checked manually results: \Yersiniomics\GenomeNCBI\Homologs\NoHomologsFound.homologs By running BlastP on the website, I a found for the 5 example randomly selected, no blast result. So it seems to confirm that I have catch everything.

Another log is created: \Yersiniomics\GenomeNCBI\Homologs\LowHomologsFound.homologs For those which have not passed the 20% conservation cutoff.
