• trier les genomes par phylogeny • gene name dans Yersinia et identifiant YP01842 • double click sur gene dans GeneView ne marche pas • lien ncbi pour le gene • Send to blast - ne marche pas • Homolog a lancer • Pour quel jeu de données on a expression brut • 26 et 37 a enlever dans la description • rajouter dans transcriptome_Comparison le lien ArrayExpress • cut-off sur la taille des chromosomes a enlever (Pestis CO92 4 chromo) • N/A in array express technoId • Afficher nb gene mesuré par microarray • irp2, fyua, psn, fur pas trouvé dans CO92 • Add missing proteomics files • remove Listeria in Proteomics table • Localization in proteomics • proteomics heat map display only red stuff ? • genename in proteomics heat map • search gene protein  in heat map transcriptomics • information about protein detection missing in proteomics table, nb of proteins • 4 RNASeqs • YP for vaccinology
