Add metrics for dim reduction analysis

caterogrize local, global estimation metrics
Choose atlas with "specific" umap and tsne.
Add mammuth test tool from "The spurious art of ..."
Implement benchmark
Add human estimation on good and bad UMAP
compare metrics to human estimation
