Landing page:

Info about what we are
FAQ for companies, conferences who have questions
Contact form for ladynerds who don't have an account, or people who want to hire us, etc.

I think this is should probably be broken down into a couple of issues. The landing page now has the content from teh about page in it. I've created a second link for contacting us that will have the form on it.
