Separate About and FAQ #26

The About page will be the landing page for visitors, featuring some general public FAQ questions and a contact form.

The FAQ page will be for logged-in LN members, and feature fleshed-out FAQ on how to get more involved and the various types of engagement we have, COC questions, etc.
