create contact form #32

Create contact form which would allow recruiters and conference organizers to easily approach ladynerds in search of speakers, candidates, and other participants.

I'm trying to add milestones to this issue, but it's not working. I'll fix it later.

Logic and basic template are in place.

We can use Mailchimp's email server once this app is deployed
