Hi @ravi-prakash-v @surendrasinghs

Here are the following changes made , as per Ravi's suggestions

  1. Suggesting basic tags
  2. Add Tags.md file
  3. Moving Application Start & End date from fulfilments.stops to Items.time
  4. Adding Location Array under provider and mapping item with location_ids
