@viraj89 please remove India-specific content. Talk about global legal ecosystem, the challenges it faces and how PULSE can enable the law-tech ecosystem to address such challenges.

Kindly consult with the SMEs (mentioned in the README) and raise a fresh PR. Closing this for now.
