Can we reorganize this repo with two submodules for BAP and BPP? #3

@techframewirk can we reorganize this repo with the following structure?

beckn-in-a-box (root)/
    bap @ xxxx (submodule reference)
    bpp @ yyyy (submodule reference)
    README.md
    LICENSE.md

Let us then create two more repositories namely bap-reference-app, and bpp-reference-app each with their respective submodules.
