DSEP: remove unwanted references from the example jsons

Description

This issue is created to address the need for cleaning up the example JSONs by removing any unwanted references. The goal is to ensure that the JSON examples do not have any references/texts which could infringe copyright.

Goals

[ ] Identify all example JSONs that contain unwanted references.
[ ] Remove any unnecessary or outdated references from these JSONs.

Expected Outcome

Clean and accurate example JSONs that are free from unwanted references.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] All unwanted references are identified.
[ ] Unwanted references are removed from the example JSONs.
[ ] Updated JSONs are validated.

The references which could infringe copyrights were looked for into the /api, /doc and /examples folders. All identified references are changed.
