Fixing GUI Not Working When There is Perviously runned instance #202

This PR fixes the #73 issue. When the script is re runned all the services running on port 3005 is killed and then the script carries on with the GUI run part This PR fixed the #74 issue Now, the start.sh file is using the packagemanager.sh file for installing the docker.
