Add message in Option 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 during Beckn ONIX Installation

Description

During the installation process of Beckn ONIX, when the user selects Option 5 (followed by either Option 1 , 2 or 3), display a message indicating that the selected feature is not available in the current distribution. This is necessary because these options do not serve any function in the current version of Beckn ONIX.

Goals

• [ ] Ensure that users are informed that Options 5.1 , 5.2 and 5.3 are non-functional in this version of Beckn ONIX.
• [ ] Prevent confusion or misuse of non-functional features during the installation process.

Expected Outcome

1. When a user selects Option 5 followed by Option 1 ,2 or 3, a message "Currently this feature is not available in this distribution of Beckn ONIX" should be displayed.
2. The installation process should continue as normal after displaying the message.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] When Option 5.1 is selected, the message "Currently this feature is not available in this distribution of Beckn ONIX" is displayed.
• [ ] When Option 5.2 is selected, the message "Currently this feature is not available in this distribution of Beckn ONIX" is displayed.
• [ ] When Option 5.3 is selected, the message "Currently this feature is not available in this distribution of Beckn ONIX" is displayed.
• [ ] The installation process is not interrupted by displaying this message and can proceed with other available options.
• [ ] The code changes are reviewed and approved by the development team.
• [ ] The updated installer is tested to ensure the message displays correctly without affecting other functionalities.
