Description

Update and enhance the documentation for the Issue Grievance Module (IGM) to version 0.2. This task involves understanding the current IGM flow by connecting with Tanya and reviewing any updates or changes since v0.1. Based on this understanding, make necessary additions or modifications to the IGM documentation.

• Reference Ticket #245 for background information.

Goals

• [ ] Connect with Tanya to gain a thorough understanding of the current IGM flow.
• [ ] Review v0.1 of the IGM documentation and identify areas that need updates or enhancements.
• [ ] Make necessary additions or modifications to the documentation to reflect the latest version of the IGM (v0.2).
• [ ] Ensure that the updated documentation is clear, complete, and accurately reflects the IGM flow.

Expected Outcome

An updated IGM documentation (v0.2) that accurately reflects the latest IGM flow, providing clear and comprehensive information for future reference and implementation.

Status Update - Nov 12

The pre-prod link shared by Tanya did not work. Today, as per Faiz's request, I connected with Tanya from the ONDC team, given that ONDC has implemented the IGM system. During our session, the application did not appear to be working, so Tanya will check with her team and get back to me tomorrow.

Next Steps: Follow up with Tanya this week to gain an understanding of the GUI for the IGM and make any necessary updates to the v0.2 document.

Update: Nov 15

Status:

• v0.2 updates to API descriptions have been made in the PRD document and the working Beckn One doc, both.
• These updates are reflected on the Confluence page PRD for Issue and Grievance Management (IGM) system.
• Relevant, but same updates are also captured in the Beckn One IGM section are available here.

Next Steps:

• Review and approve updates.
• Create Beckn IGM specifications.
