Description

Discovery
Kalyan, a grape farmer in Nashik, uses his Agri Network WhatsApp Bot to search for nearby cold storage centers. He receives a list of options, including centers owned by other farmers, FPOs, etc.
Order
Kalyan selects a cold storage center from the list and receives a quote for storing his produce at INR 5000 per tonne per month. He inputs the type of produce (grapes), storage duration (1 month), and tonnage. After receiving the final quote, payment methods, and order terms, Kalyan accepts the terms and chooses a payment method to pay an advance. The order is confirmed by the storage service provider, and storage space is allocated for Kalyan.
Fulfillment
Kalyan stores his grapes in the selected storage center and receives timely updates from the service provider throughout the storage period.
Note
We're looking to showcase both the discovery and order processes via a WhatsApp bot, so your design outputs should resemble a chatbot interface on WhatsApp.
Goals
To visualize the user journey for Kalyan as he discovers, orders, and fulfills a storage service using an Agri Network WhatsApp bot.
Expected Outcome
Mock-ups that clearly depict the steps Kalyan takes to find a cold storage center, place an order for storage, and fulfill the service. The mock-ups should emulate a WhatsApp chatbot interface and be ready for review by the product and design teams.
