Discovery
Vijay, a grape farmer in Nashik, is in the mid-season of grape growth and needs to rent spraying machines and specialized equipment for fertilizers, pesticides, and pruning services. Using his WhatsApp Bot, Vijay searches for equipment rental services provided by skilled laborers nearby. He enters the type of equipment required, crop (grapes), acreage (1 acre), time, and location. He receives a list of service providers in his vicinity.
Order
Vijay selects the equipment from a service provider of his choice and receives a quote for renting the service at INR 300 per hour. He confirms the type of produce (grapes), the area (1 acre), and other details. After receiving the final quote, payment methods, and order terms, Vijay accepts the terms. He is then prompted to choose a payment method to pay an advance. He completes the payment and confirms the order. The service provider then confirms the order upon receiving the payment.
Note
We're looking to showcase both the discovery and order processes via a WhatsApp bot, so your design outputs should resemble a chatbot interface on WhatsApp.
Goals
To visualize the user journey for Vijay as he discovers, orders, and rents equipment using an Agri Network WhatsApp bot.
Expected Outcome
Mock-ups that clearly depict the steps Vijay takes to find, order, and rent agricultural equipment through a WhatsApp chatbot interface. These designs should be ready for review by the product and design teams.
