Description

This task involves integrating the View Policy Detail API into the Policy Portal. This API will allow users to view detailed information about a specific policy, including its title, description, status, geofence, rules, and other related metadata. The integration should display all policy details accurately in the Policy Portal, improving accessibility and ease of use for users needing to review policy details.

Goals

[x] Integrate the View Policy Detail API with the Policy Portal.
[x] Ensure detailed policy information (title, description, geofence, rules, etc.) is correctly displayed within the portal.
[x] Provide a seamless user experience where users can click to view the full details of a policy.
[x] Maintain code quality and follow best practices.

Expected Outcome

The View Policy Detail API is successfully integrated into the Policy Portal.
Users can view comprehensive details about a specific policy in the Policy Portal.
All relevant fields such as title, description, geofence, rules, and other metadata are displayed accurately.
Improved user experience and data accessibility for policy review within the portal.

Acceptance Criteria

@rahul-eminds @em-abee @aniketceminds @PritiEM @omkar-em facing some issue while opening some policies ( in active section). if it is data issue, get the older data deleted which was created for testing purpose.
