End to End QA for Policy Portal

Description

Perform comprehensive End-to-End Quality Assurance (QA) testing for the Policy Portal. The tests should cover all key functionalities, including user authentication, policy creation, policy management, and notification systems. The goal is to ensure that the Policy Portal functions smoothly, from user sign-in to policy management and alert notifications, and handles edge cases, errors, and invalid inputs appropriately.

Goals

[x] Test policy creation workflows, including validation of required fields and policy parameters.
[x] Test the geolocation-based alert notification system to ensure notifications are sent correctly.
[x] Ensure the portal handles error conditions, such as missing data, invalid inputs, or system failures, gracefully.

Expected Outcome

Comprehensive End-to-End test cases for the Policy Portal are developed and executed.
All key functionalities, including authentication, policy management, and notifications, are verified.
The portal handles edge cases, invalid inputs, and errors without crashing or producing unexpected behavior.
