Bug Description

The "Source" field in the policy details is not displaying in the policy portal, even though it is a mandatory field when creating a policy. This inconsistency creates confusion and incomplete information in the policy details view.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new policy and provide the mandatory "Source" field.
2. Save the policy and navigate to the policy details view.
3. Observe that the "Source" field is missing in the policy details view.

Expected Behavior

The "Source" field should be displayed in the policy details, as it is a mandatory field during policy creation.

Actual Behavior

The "Source" field is not visible in the policy details, even though it was provided during creation.
