EC - Toursim & retail - Catalogues for tourism and retail apps are missing in staging environment, causing no search results #2242

Bug Description

The tourism and retail apps in the staging environment are missing the necessary catalogues, which is preventing search results from being returned. Without the catalogues, the search functionality is unable to provide relevant data to users.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to the search page in the tourism or retail app in the staging environment.
  2. Perform a search for any available items or services.
  3. Observe that no search results are returned due to the missing catalogues.

Expected Behavior

The catalogues for tourism and retail apps should be added to the staging environment, allowing the search functionality to return relevant results.

Actual Behavior

The search functionality fails to return results as the catalogues are not available in the staging environment.

Fixed the Issue and found that the issue was not with the catalogue rather the issue was that Vendure APP, Vendure DB, and Vendure BPP was down so restarted that
