Policy Portal - Create policy section is down in Policy Portal staging environment #2310

Bug Description

The "Create Policy" section in the Policy Portal staging environment is currently down, preventing users from creating new policies. This disrupts the workflow for policy management in the staging environment.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to the Policy Portal in the staging environment.
  2. Attempt to access the "Create Policy" section.
  3. Observe that the section is unresponsive or unavailable.

Expected Behavior

The "Create Policy" section should be accessible, allowing users to create new policies without any issues.

Actual Behavior

The "Create Policy" section is down, making it impossible to create new policies.
