Policy Portal - Password is not resetting when clicking the link received in email in Policy Portal #2313

Bug Description

In the Policy Portal, the password reset functionality is not working as expected. When users click the link received in the password reset email, the password is not resetting, preventing access to their accounts.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Request a password reset from the Policy Portal.
  2. Check the email and click on the password reset link.
  3. Attempt to enter a new password and submit.
  4. Observe that the password does not reset successfully.

Expected Behavior

Clicking the password reset link should allow users to enter a new password and reset it successfully.

Actual Behavior

The password reset process fails when the link is clicked, preventing users from updating their passwords.

Fixed the issue. Now able to reset password
