Description

The profiles?populate API is not functioning as expected in the DSEP app. When a user attempts to apply for a job or scholarship, the API fails, preventing the completion of the application process.

Steps to Reproduce

Open the DSEP app. Navigate to the Jobs or Scholarships section. Select a job or scholarship and attempt to apply. Observe the API response for profiles?populate.

Expected Result

The profiles?populate API should function correctly, allowing the user to complete the application process for a job or scholarship.

Actual Result

The profiles?populate API fails, causing the application process to be halted.
