Dragon Foods - Able to proceed without selecting all mandatory fields

Bug Description

In the Dragon Foods application, users are able to proceed with the checkout without selecting all mandatory fields. This allows incomplete information to be submitted, which could lead to issues during the checkout process.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to product description in the Dragon Foods application.
2. Leave some mandatory fields unselected or empty.
3. Attempt to proceed with the submission.
4. Observe that the form is submitted or the user is allowed to proceed even though not all mandatory fields have been filled.

Expected Behavior

The application should validate mandatory fields and prevent users from proceeding unless all required fields are completed.

Actual Behavior

Users are able to proceed with the form submission or checkout without selecting all mandatory fields.

Tested the above ticket, unable to proceed without selecting at least one item from every section. The proceed button remains disabled, so it's working fine. cc @omkar-em @PritiEM @viraj89
