Update the payment page in the All Climate and Forest app to display "Wallet Text" instead of "Cash on Delivery."

Steps to Reproduce

Open the Climate or Forest app. Proceed to the payment page. Observe the text "Cash on Delivery."

Expected Result

The text "Cash on Delivery" should be replaced with "Wallet Text."
