The BOC team is facing issues with their mailing campaigns as emails sent through Brevo aren't reaching the community effectively. To resolve this, the team needs to authenticate their domain, becknprotocol.io, with Brevo. The domain is hosted on Cloudflare, so personnel with access to the Cloudflare account are required to facilitate the authentication process.
