Add an online-offline toggle button on the map screen of the Driver App. This feature will allow drivers to switch their availability status between online and offline. When the driver toggles to offline, a message should be displayed at the bottom of the screen indicating they are offline and will not receive trip requests.

Acceptance Criteria
[ ] The toggle button should be present on the map screen.
[ ] Clicking the toggle once should change the driver's status to offline and display the message "You’re currently offline. Go online to receive trip requests." at the bottom of the screen.
[ ] Clicking the toggle again should change the driver's status back to online and remove the offline message.
