This task involves creating and sharing a detailed weekly DevOps report. The report should include deployment status, monitoring summary, CI/CD pipeline details, security updates, and upcoming focus areas. Below is a sample report format to guide the content:

4. CI/CD Pipeline	Success Rate: 95% Failed Builds: 2 (resolved).
5. Security	Patches: Applied security patch for CVE-2024-1234.
6. Upcoming Focus	1. Automate server health checks. 2. Improve monitoring setup. 3. Plan migration to a new cloud provider.
7. New Instance Details	1. List of any new instance added/deleted.
8. Estimated Cost of the current Month	1. Forecasted month cost of the AWS as of today - e.g. USD 5,000.

2. Within the iteration, such report to be sent twice, i.e. every Friday.
