CI/CD setup - Strapi BPP Development

Description

There is no CI/CD setup for the Strapi BPP (https://github.com/beckn/beckn-strapi-bpp) development environment. Create a CI/CD for the Strapi BPP Develop branch to the Strapi BPP development environment. When the developer pushes the code, it should be deployed on the development environment.

Expected Outcome

Working CI/CD pipeline for Strapi BPP develop branch. When the code is pushed to the development branch, it should be deployed to the development environment.
