ONIX script for widows environment

Description

Current ONIX script can only be executed on Ubuntu and Amazon AMI environment, it should run on Windows 10+ environment also. This is specifically for windows on local machines not on Windows servers.

Goals

• [ ] ONIX script successfully runs on local machines with Windows 10 and above.
• [ ] All the selected components should be installed properly.

Expected Outcome

On running the ONIX script on a Windows machine, the script should validate for Docker at the beginning, if Docker is not present it should stop and provide the user with the link to Docker documentation for installation on the Windows machine.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] ONIX script runs successfully on the Windows machine and installs the selected components.
• [ ] In case Docker is not installed on the Windows machine , it should stop and display message saying "Docker is not installed. To install Docker please visit https://docs.docker.com/desktop/install/windows-install/ . Once the installation is complete you can resume the setup."
