Description

Problem Today any mobility service that has its schedules published in GTFS format has to manually add the GTFS files to the source code by way of PR, even if it is a single change.

Goals

• A CMS UI that allows the management of GTFS data that has been uploaded as files.

Expected Outcome

A user should be able to

• Read all the GTFS files as tables
• Update any cell in any of the GTFS files
• Delete any row in a GTFS file with propagation across other linked rows
• Upload new GTFS file(s) with validations across other linked files
