Description

In the Beckn-ONIX and ONDC initiatives, multiple issues were pointed out which require consultations with ONDC and need to be documented as enhancements on the Layer 2 Config. Conduct these meetings and document these issues.

The L2 config discussion is started here: https://github.com/beckn/protocol-specifications/discussions/447 The Telemetry issue has been discussed with Ravi and is in two parts. The Open Telemetry is continued here: https://github.com/beckn/protocol-server/issues/211 The flexibile way to specifying the configuration is tied to the L2 config discussion listed above.
