Description

This issue is to set up on-call support for the UEI Work Shop project.

Goals

[ ] Establish a dedicated on-call support team.

Expected Outcome

A fully operational on-call support system for the UEI Work Shop.
Reduced downtime and faster resolution of incidents.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] On-call support team is established and trained.
[ ] All incidents are resolved within the defined SLA.
