Setting up the l2 config in OAS3.1 for Mobility: Phase4

Description

As part of the exercise to test ondc network on Beckn-ONIX, we need to add the rules provided by the ONDC team in the mobility layer2 config.

This config will be used to test out ondc mobility ride hailing on Beckn-ONIX.

Goals

• Procure the rules from ondc team.
• Add the rules in the existing layer2 config.
• Deploy the rules and check if they are working as expected.

Expected Outcome

The layer2 config should encode the rules successfully. The layer2 config is in open api specification version 3.1

Acceptance Criteria

• [x] The setup should be modular.
• [x] It uses openAPI 3.1
• [x] Layer2 config has the shared rules.
• [x] The layer 2 config has no issues.

This task also involved deploying the layer2 config, creating a postman request and calling the search, select etc APIs to validate the added rules.
