set default setting to disabled #18

It would be nice to have a setting to change the apps startup behavior.  I 
would like the app to startup with my computer and load the menu bar icon, 
however I would like it to start disabled.  Then when i need to use the utility 
I will enable it, instead of disabling it every time I boot.
