Onscreen joystick does not appears on Galaxy S 9000GT #149

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Install kwaak3 by following the instructions on main page
2. Launch kwaak3

Expected: the joystick appears
Obtain: the joystick does not appears

I just tested the last build 
http://code.google.com/p/kwaak3/downloads/detail?name=kwaak3_test_v11f.apk and 
the onscreen joystick appears (the left joystick for look and the right for 
move), but this time I can't shoot

same issue here as in comment_1, i.e. I cant shoot either (in previous version 
it was possible by tapping the screen ...?).
