Enhanncement: Map Mouse Y Axis to Directional Pad #21

I was having incredible success with a two thumbed approach; One on WASD 
and the other on the Directional Pad. If we could optionally map mouse look 
up and down to the directional up and down, you'll have a standard dual 
joystick interface.

Not as good as keyboard and mouse, but good enough for people who have 
some hours logged in console shooters.

Nevermind. There is a Look up and Look down you can bind to the direction pad!

Kicking ass now!!

Good that it's working now. I might allow some basic remapping on the Android 
side
(e.g. remapping home/search/volume/.. but not the keyboard). It would make this 
a
little bit easier.
