Improve mouse client #9

It needs a touchpad, a vertical slider to call PUT /pc/mouse/wheel/N, and toggle buttons to call POST /pc/mouse/buttons/1/hold and POST /pc/mouse/buttons/1/release. Also, if the device support orientation, a button to toggle between orientation and touchpad

Last commit (4c48fb624a91f2f8685c4b3674eaaae0f3f03402 ) includes better user experience, Mouse Left and Right Click pad, mouse Wheel control.

Nice work. I think it's maybe good to leave the four directional buttons, this time around the main mouse pad, to allow precise positioning (even if the mouse pad will be improved and will reach good level of precision, small screens will always benefit from static buttons).
