Roadmap for v2 #67

Let's introduce some breaking changes in the new version of fhir-sdc

  1. Written in TS to be reusable between frontend and backend #65
  2. It should work with FHIR format in expression evaluations #66
  3. Constraint check should be sufficient #31

  5. Don't pass launchContext to $extract #17

We have quite long list of open issues, I'll try to go through them and prepare list of backward incompatible but important changes
