Add file action to expand commands to separate lines

At the moment to place CAOS commands onto separate lines, you have to:

• open the file
• click on an rvalue or command
• hit alt+enter
• select expand option

It would be better to have file context action to expand commands without opening, or to expand multiple files at once.
